Use the LED screen for decks, video and sponsor content. Premium sound and microphones support speakers, panels and audience questions. We can also plan arrival and registration flow, refreshment breaks and meal service around the program schedule.

Which hall is best for a theater-style conference?
The Grand Hall is the strongest fit for large programs. The Pavilion and Courtyard work well for smaller seminars and training sessions. Final capacity depends on stage, aisle and service requirements.
Can we display sponsor or company branding?
Yes. Use the LED wall for branded welcome content, speaker slides, video and sponsor recognition. Additional physical branding can be discussed during planning.
Can lunch be served without disrupting sessions?
Yes. We build service timing around your run of show and can recommend boxed lunches or buffet service based on the break length and attendance.
